“Each of us is a moving centre, a space of divine mystery. And though we spend most of our time on the surface in the daily details of ordinary existence, most of us hunger to connect to this space within, to break through to ecstatic states of consciousness, to be swept away.” -Gabrielle Roth

With a choice of live music, dj events, workshops and trainings, the Ecstatic Dance Temple will awaken the dancer within!
We dance to free ourselves.
We dance to come home.
We dance to feel connection to each other.
To the pulse. To our joy and life force.
To allow our life to flow through us.
We dance because we know it is the medicine we need.
“Our bodies instinctively know what feels good or bad, right or wrong.
However, often our heads get in the way.
Ecstatic Dance is about finding our way through to what feels good.
How can we use dance to consciously transform towards finding joy, without denying our anger or sadness?
Ask yourself: what’s my body feeling in this moment?
Does it feel good moving this way, or that?
Does it feel nourishing to dance with another, or dance solo?
Where do I most feel connected with Self?
Let your body lead the way.” ~ Abigail Harris
“May we all dance together in celebration, each in our place, in our style, in our infinite grace and encourage, support, nurture and stand up for each other every step of the way.” – Gabrielle Roth
